32 Hall Estill Attorneys Named 2017 Super Lawyers
October 2017
Hall Estill, Oklahoma’s leading law firm, with offices in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver, and Northwest Arkansas, is pleased to announce 32 of its attorneys were selected by their peers for inclusion in Oklahoma Super Lawyer’s annual list of the state’s top attorneys. Of the attorneys selected, six attorneys were named as Rising Stars, a prestigious recognition for up-and-coming attorneys.
“We feel honored to once again have so many of our attorneys included on such an esteemed list,” said Mike Cooke, managing partner for Hall Estill. “Their inclusion on this list speaks to our continued focus on building a firm that offers the best client service.”
Super Lawyers has been recognized by bar associations and courts across the country for the legitimacy and rigor of its selection process. Attorneys are selected using a rigorous, multi-phase rating process including peer nominations and evaluations combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement, and the lawyers recognized represent no more than 5 percent of the lawyers in the state.
“To be commended by your peers is one of the highest honors for a practicing attorney,” said Cooke. “Our lawyers strive to give the best counsel to their clients and to see that excellence be recognized by others in the profession means a great deal to each of them.”
Of the 37 attorneys honored, six were recognized for the first time and one attorney, J. Kevin Hayes, was named a Super Lawyer for the tenth year in a row.
