Larry Ball leverages his expansive 35-year expertise in bankruptcy, litigation, and commercial law to represent creditors, debtors, and businesses in negotiations, litigation, and transactions.
Larry Ball has been practicing in the Bankruptcy, Litigation and Commercial Law fields for more than 35 years. Larry is a member of Hall Estill's Board of Directors and chairs the firm's Technology Committee. He has an individual AV Preeminent rating through Martindale-Hubbell, and is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Larry has extensive experience representing creditors in bankruptcy matters as well as in workouts, state court receiverships and collection litigation. He also has significant experience representing committees and debtors in Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases. He represents business clients in all aspects of commercial law, including business acquisition and sale transactions, drafting commercial and residential construction and development contracts and in all types of business litigation.
