Larry Ball leverages his expansive 35-year expertise in bankruptcy, litigation, and commercial law to represent creditors, debtors, and businesses in negotiations, litigation, and transactions.
Larry Ball has been practicing in the Bankruptcy, Litigation and Commercial Law fields for more than 35 years. Larry has extensive experience representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matters as well as in workouts, state court receiverships and collection litigation. He also has significant experience representing trustees, committees and debtors in Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases. He represents business clients in all aspects of commercial law, including business formations and governance, acquisition and sale transactions, “business divorces,” drafting commercial and residential construction and development contracts and in all types of business litigation.
