Seth is a general litigator with an emphasis in Commercial Litigation including partnership disputes, real estate related litigation and Civil Litigation defense, including Professional Negligence, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Insurance Law & Tort Defense, Healthcare, and Transportation Law. Further, Day is currently serving as a board member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association.
Seth is a member of the firm's Board of Directors and he has an individual AV Preeminent rating through Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel.
