Randall Wakefield focuses his practice in the areas of family law, civil litigation and criminal defense. He is an experienced litigator in a wide variety of civil matters including contract disputes, personal injury, employment disputes, construction, real estate disputes, business disputes and eminent domain.

Randall has also successfully helped clients navigate all matters related to family law including contested divorces, custody, support and dividing substantial marital estates and business interests. While he has years of trial experience, he will explore alternative dispute resolution in order to avoid unnecessary litigation time and expense.

Further, Randall is one of the few attorneys in Northwest Arkansas who has experience representing motor carriers in cargo claims and has attended extensive training relating specifically to this unique area of law.

In addition, Randall has successfully defended clients charged with misdemeanor and felony crimes, including DWI and DUI, assault and battery, theft, shoplifting, embezzlement and drug possession.
