Brian Hogue is a shareholder in Hall Estill's Fayetteville office. A native Arkansan, Brian began his legal career in Little Rock and came home to Northwest Arkansas in 2011. Brian devotes a large portion of his practice to divorce and other family law matters, including probate and guardianships. However, his client representation also encompasses personal injury matters, as well as myriad litigation matters, including construction and trusts & estates. In addition, Brian is certified to mediate domestic relations and civil litigation matters.
Brian's practice also includes providing mediation services in civil and domestic relation cases. Further, he has an individual AV Preeminent rating through Martindale-Hubbell and he serves as the City Attorney for Goshen, Arkansas.
