Brian Hogue is a shareholder in Hall Estill's Fayetteville office. A native Arkansan, Brian began his legal career in Little Rock and came home to Northwest Arkansas in 2011. Brian devotes a large portion of his practice to divorce and other family law matters. He is certified to mediate in both mediate domestic relations and civil litigation matters.
His client representation also encompasses general civil litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, guardianships, probate, and trust & estates. Brian also represents businesses in business formation, contracts, and acquisitions.
Further, Brian has an individual AV Preeminent rating through Martindale-Hubbell and he serves as the City Attorney for Goshen, Arkansas.
