Taz Ellett is a litigation-focused attorney and represents individuals, businesses, and financial institutions in a broad range of civil matters, including commercial litigation, real estate disputes and foreclosures, premises liability and personal injury defense. He also represents and advocates on behalf of creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, helping clients protect their rights and maximize recoveries in both consumer and business cases, and was recently recognized as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer Rising Star.
During law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Don Andrews in the District Court of Oklahoma County (2020), as well as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gary L. Lumpkin in the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals (2020-2021).
