Shay Denning is an experienced and dedicated commercial and business law attorney who assists clients in highly regulated industries including healthcare, utility law, commercial lending, banking, creditor's rights, bankruptcy, and real estate development. Shay’s representative clients include healthcare entities, medical practice groups, electric distribution cooperatives, regional and national banks, non-profit corporations, corporate creditors, and large and small businesses.
Shay routinely represents clients large and small before federal and state courts. She also appears on behalf of clients before regulatory and administrative bodies.
Shay has actively practiced as a private attorney and as an in-house counsel. Immediately prior to joining Hall Estill, she served as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for a health system in Colorado. Shay is licensed in Colorado, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
