Braden Mason began his legal career practicing general civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defense. Braden joined Hall Estill’s Commercial Litigation team in 2023 where he expanded his general civil litigation practice to include commercial and banking litigation and business law.

Today, Braden serves his clients in a wide range of civil matters including complex business litigation, foreclosure, contract disputes, trust and estates litigation, corporate matters, and commercial collection. Braden graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with honors and was inducted into the Oklahoma Chapter of the Order of the Coif.

During law school, Braden worked for the Honorable Judge Robert Hudson at the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, where he focused on reviewing post-conviction appeals. Braden also served as an Assistant Managing Editor for the American Indian Law Review.
