Larry Ball has been practicing in the Bankruptcy, Litigation and Commercial Law fields for more than 30 years and is a member of Hall Estill's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. In addition, he chairs the firm's Technology Committee. He has extensive experience representing creditors in bankruptcy matters as well as in the context of workouts, state court receiverships and collection litigation. Larry also has experience representing committees and debtors in bankruptcy cases. He represents business clients in all aspects of commercial law, including business acquisition and sale transactions, drafting commercial and residential construction and development contracts and in all types of business litigation.
