Hall Estill

Moira joined Hall Estill in 2016 and practices primarily in the Banking and Commercial Finance area. She regularly represents and advises institutions (including agricultural lenders) in a variety of financing transactions, including working capital credit facilities, asset-based financings and acquisition finances. She has experience as lead counsel in large syndicated loan transactions as well. 

In addition to her full time practice, Moira has taught Secured Transactions and Corporate Finance at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and is a frequently invited speaker at the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business. She has also just published a chapter in Oklahoma Business and Commercial Law (2023), entitled, "The UCC in Oklahoma and Statutory Divergences" and is a member of the Oklahoma Legislative Review Committee charged with reviewing and advising on amendments to the Oklahoma Uniform Commercial Code.
