Taz Ellett began his career at Hall Estill after completing law school in 2021. He practices in the areas of litigation, fraternity and sorority law, and bankruptcy, restructuring and creditor's rights. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Don Andrews in the District Court of Oklahoma County (2020), as well as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Gary L. Lumpkin in the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals (2020-2021).
