Samantha, who is also a Certified Public Accountant, concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate and guardianship, and taxation. Further, her practice includes business entity formation and planning for closely-held family businesses.

Samantha represents a significant range of clients to provide the peace of mind that estate planning can bring as well as multi-generational families with planning focusing on wealth transfer tax planning and asset protection. Her practice commonly includes assisting individuals, families, and corporate clients in navigating more challenged and complex issues, contested and otherwise, in estate planning and administrative matters.

In addition, Samantha also provides services pertaining to formation and administration of tax exempt organizations such as private foundations and other non-profit organizations.  Her practice extends state-wide and commonly in Texas, with additional representation beyond in partnering alongside local counsel in other jurisdictions as needed to serve clients.

Further, Samantha is an elected fellow of the prestigious American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Her achievements have also earned her recognition as a top-ranked wealth attorney in Chambers HNW, the guide to the world's leading high net worth advisors.

Samantha is a member of the firm's Board of Directors and is a published author of numerous topics related to the field of health law in various law journals and publications around the country. Also, she is a member of the firm's Recruitment and Diversity Committee and has an AV Preeminent peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell.
