Kristen Evans is an experienced and accomplished litigator, representing clients in state and federal courts throughout Oklahoma. Kristen counsels and advises clients ranging from local, family-owned companies to national, publicly traded companies in a variety of industries. Kristen's main practice areas include Civil Litigation Defense, Employer-side Litigation, Insurance Coverage Litigation and Bad Faith Defense, and Tort & Insurance Defense, including wrongful death and catastrophic injury.
Kristen also advises clients in all areas of labor and employment law, including litigation, internal and agency investigations, as well as preventative advice and counseling.
Since 2014, Kristen has been recognized as a Rising Star in Litigation by Oklahoma Super Lawyers. She has been named to Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under Hot List for the last five years, and for 2022 and 2023, has been recognized as by "Best Lawyers in America" in Commercial Litigation.
