Brian Keester is an experienced litigator who practices in the areas of commercial and insurance defense. He has significant experience in personal injury, construction defect, premises liability, wrongful death, auto/motor vehicle and construction dispute litigation. 

Highlights of Brian's career include:

  • Successfully won dismissal and won on appeal at the Supreme Court for a landlord client when its tenant’s employees allegedly committed an assault.
  • Authored and argued multiple successful summary judgment motions on slip and fall premises cases.
  • Successfully defended nursing homes in abuse and neglect cases.
  • Successfully defended contractors and subcontractors in construction defect cases.
  • Successfully defended an insulation subcontractor in a pipe burst case.
  • Obtained dismissal for a moving company on a property damage case.
  • Obtained Summary Judgment for a client on punitive damages.
  • Represented numerous trucking companies and their drivers.
  • Successfully represented insureds in motor-vehicle accidents.
