Blake Gerow is an associate practicing in the Energy and Litigation areas and works on a wide range of property and oil and gas litigation matters, including midstream, natural gas marketing, royalty disputes, and surface damages matters. In addition, he has significant experience with utility infrastructure projects involving easement acquisition and eminent domain proceedings. Finally, Blake has experience in real estate matters assisting qualified intermediaries in documenting all types of 1031 exchanges.
While in law school Blake served as Executive Notes Editor for the Energy Law Journal, as well as Vice President of the Renewable Energy and Environmental Law Society.
In addition, Blake is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and serves on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. Further, he is a member of the firm's Recruitment & Diversity Committee.
