Scott Morgan focuses his practice in the areas of oil and gas and construction law. He is an experienced trial attorney, regularly sitting as the first chair attorney in jury and non-jury trials and all forms of alternative dispute resolution. In addition, his work as an appellate advocate has resulted in multiple published opinions.
Scott's client list includes clients across various sectors of the oil and gas industry, from interest owners to pipeline companies, gas purchasers, domestic and international E&P companies, oilfield services companies, and seismic surveyors. In addition to his oil and gas practice, Scott advises and represents clients in the construction industry, including local, national and international construction firms. Further, he is involved in both publicly and privately funded construction projects.
While at Tulsa Law, Scott served as the Executive Editor of the Energy Law Journal and President of the Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law Society. Scott also worked as a land man and regulatory compliance specialist for independent oil and gas producers throughout Oklahoma while attending law school.
