Jonathan Graber joined the firm in an Of Counsel role in 2026. In addition, he presently serves as Chief Legal Officer for Penelope Holdings. In both private practice and in various executive corporate general counsel roles, he has wide ranging experience advising clients on advanced business structures, asset protection, and risk mitigation planning.

Jonathan frequently handles complex finance transactions and development of sophisticated tax strategies. Jonathan is an accomplished attorney with more than two decades of experience, is also a licensed real estate broker in Oklahoma. Further, he is licensed to practice in both Oklahoma and Wyoming.
