Bethany Stoltzfus has been a litigation paralegal since 1998. Since 2001, she has been at Hall Estill and has assisted attorneys who focus their practice in the area of employment law. As a paralegal in the labor and employment group, Bethany assists attorneys in all aspects of discrimination, harassment, civil rights, family leave, wage and hour, wrongful discharge, whistleblower, covenant not to compete and ADA Title III accessibility lawsuits filed in state, and federal and trial appellate courts, and with numerous federal and state administrative agencies. She also assists attorneys who handle medical negligence issues involving long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals and physicians.
Prior to joining Hall Estill, Bethany assisted attorneys who focused their practices in the areas of telecommunications, commercial litigation, insurance defense and bankruptcy. She received her paralegal certification from Main Line Paralegal Institute in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
