Marshall Hubbard has been practicing in the Bankruptcy, Litigation, Tax and Commercial Law fields since 2011.  He has extensive experience representing parties in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy litigation involving creditors rights and reorganization, preferences, exemptions, discharge, automatic stay violations, and fraudulent transfers. Marshall additionally has extensive experience in collection litigation, foreclosure proceedings, compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices and Fair Credit Reporting Acts, as well as negotiating federal and state tax resolutions with the IRS and State of Arkansas, business tax audits and closures.  

Marshall represents business clients in all aspects of commercial law, including business or real estate acquisition and sale transactions, drafting legal documents for commercial real estate transactions, commercial leases, real estate financing documents, business entity formation and consulting, formation of property owner associations, and representation of clients in various types of business, real estate, and construction litigation.

Marshall is a member of Washington County Bar Association and the Arkansas Bar Association.
