Maggie White's practice focuses on complex family law issues, including high net worth property division, custody and support modifications, and domestic violence. As a part of her practice, Maggie drafts prenuptial agreements, assisted reproduction agreements, and post-nuptial agreements (but only in jurisdictions in which those agreements are enforceable).
While in law school, Maggie served as a domestic violence and family law unit intern at Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia, as well as a legal intern for the The Honorable Steven Wellner.
