Hillary Hurst began her legal career with Hall Estill after earning her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2024. She is a member of the firm’s litigation practice. While in law school, Hillary served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Tulsa Law Review and was named to the Order of the Barristers for achievements in mock trial competition. She also earned the Robert C. Butler Jr. Award and the George and Jean Price Award for excellence in legal scholarship and writing, the Chandler Award, and the Martin Fellows Smith Award for being designated by the University of Tulsa College of Law Faculty as the most outstanding student in the University of Tulsa College of Law.
During law school, Hillary clerked for the Honorable John F. Heil, III in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, the Honorable Dana Kuehn of the Oklahoma Supreme Court, and the Honorable Jane P. Wiseman of the Court of Civil Appeals for Oklahoma.
While an undergraduate, she was a member of the women’s basketball team at Oral Roberts University before transferring to Northwestern Oklahoma State University. While at NWOSU, Hillary was a member of the women’s basketball and golf teams.
