Bailey McKay focuses his practice primarily in the areas of commercial and business litigation, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance law and tort defense. In addition, he represents the interests of insurers in a variety of pre-suit matters advising on strategy and crafting sophisticated paths to early resolution.
