Michael Ford Contributes form to Securities Law Handbook

Oklahoma City Transactional Attorney Michael R. Ford recently contributed to the Thomson Reuters publication Securities Law handbook Series - Limited Liability Company Handbook. Ford submitted an Oklahoma LLC Operating Agreement.
