Jonathan A. Graber, is Of Counsel in the Tulsa office and serves as Chief Legal Officer for Penelope Holdings. Graber advises clients on advanced business structures, asset protection, and risk mitigation planning. In addition, he handles complex finance transactions and the development of sophisticated tax strategies. Further, he is a licensed real estate broker in Oklahoma and is licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and Wyoming.
Alexandra “Alex” M. King, is an Associate in the Tulsa office. King focuses her practice on civil litigation, oil and gas, and contract law. She brings diverse legal experience shaped by leadership roles in the Business Law Society and Women’s Law Caucus at the University of Tulsa College of Law, as well as service as Business Manager of the Tulsa Law Review, and a judicial externship with the Honorable Christine D. Little.
Bailey L. McKay, is an Associate in the Oklahoma City office. McKay focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, personal injury, premises liability, and insurance law and tort defense. In addition, he represents insurers in pre-suit matters, advising on strategy and developing effective approaches to early resolution.
Scott V. Morgan, is a Shareholder in the Tulsa office. Morgan focuses his practice on oil and gas and construction law. A seasoned trial and appellate attorney, he regularly serves as first chair in jury and non-jury trials and Alternative Dispute Resolution matters, and his appellate work has resulted in multiple published opinions.
M. Travis Williams is Special Counsel in the Tulsa office. Williams focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, oil and gas litigation, real estate transactions, title examination and general civil litigation. In addition, he assists clients in general business transactions.
