Hall Estill Attorneys Win Big for the City of Wagoner

Hall Estill attorneys, Bryan Nowlin,  Logan James and Connor Andreen prevailed in a federal jury trial with a win for the City of Wagoner, Oklahoma. The Plaintiff Rural Water District No. 6 requested a total of $2.7 million in damages. The case involved 650 water customers and Hall Estill prevailed for the City on all issues and for all customers. The case involved a water territory dispute under federal law and is the third jury trial in Oklahoma since 2015 for this type of claim – and the first victory for a municipality in the last 11 years.
