Greg Alberty is a shareholder in the firm's Real Estate department. He has wide-ranging experience representing real estate developers and owners with a proficiency and practice specifically focused on all aspects of the multi-family industry. His areas of representation also include office, retail, and industrial owners and developers. Greg frequently handles complex finance transactions for his clients and is highly experienced in the negotiation of loan documents, the delivery of legal opinions, and all aspects of commercial real estate closings. Other areas in his practice include construction, leasing, land use and zoning matters. Greg is a skilled advocate for developers during the construction process as they navigate through the municipal land controls and lending requirements.
