Hall Estill Welcomes Margaret White and Morgan Lawson to its Oklahoma City Office

Hall Estill, Oklahoma’s leading law firm, with offices in Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Denver, and Northwest Arkansas, welcomes Margaret “Maggie” White and Morgan Lawson to its Oklahoma City office.
“We are extremely pleased to have Maggie and Morgan join our firm as associates.” said Steve Ray, Hall Estill Managing Partner. “Maggie’s experience in family law and complex commercial issues, as well as Morgan’s expertise in oil and gas disputes, insurance defense and contract disputes, are great assets to the firm.”
White’s practice focuses on high net worth matrimonial and child custody actions, as well as complex commercial litigation. While in law school Maggie served as a domestic violence and family law unit intern at Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia and a legal intern for The Honorable Steven Wellner. As part of her practice, White has handled divorce litigation, complex property settlements, asset tracing, pre-marital agreements, and divorce decree and settlement modifications. White earned her J.D., with honors, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2020, and in 2017 she earned both her B.B.A in Entrepreneurship, summa cum laude, and a B.A in Letters, with distinction, from the University of Oklahoma.

Lawson’s practice areas also include, civil rights, corporate and business services, employment litigation, Native American law, products liability and real estate. While in law school she served as an extern with the Oklahoma Juvenile Justice Court under Judge Trevor Pemberton. Lawson earned her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2022. In 2017, Lawson earned her B.A. in International Politics and Diplomacy at Texas A&M University and in 2018 she received her Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from the Bush School of Government and Public Policy.
