Bryan Nowlin to present at the annual Oklahoma Municipal League Water & Environmental Summit 

On April 4, Hall Estill Water and Municipal Law Attorney Bryan Nowlin will serve as a presenter at the annual Oklahoma Municipal League Water & Environmental Summit at Rose State College in Midwest City. His topic will be Right of Way acquisition.

The Oklahoma Municipal League is the unified voice of Oklahoma cities and towns, provider of information, training and resources for effective municipal governing and defender of local control.
