Ruthie began her career with Hall Estill upon graduation from law school in 2016. She practices primarily in the Corporate/Commercial law area assisting clients in drafting, reviewing and analyzing a broad variety of contracts; performing legal research and drafting legal memoranda; effectuating acquisitions, asset purchases and real estate transactions; and forming business entities. In addition, she also assists clients in the Real Estate arena.
While in law school, Ruthie was named the Ruby Vale Corporate Law Moot Court National Champion in 2015, as well as the 2015 Calvert Moot Court Competition champion. In addition, she served as Assistant Articles Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review.
