Matthew “Matt” F. Benson
Special Counsel
Matthew began his legal career with the United States Department of Justice as a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, assisting with the prosecution of federal crimes. After completing his clerkship, he took a position with the Benton County Prosecutor's Office as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, where he spent nearly every day in court. He left the prosecutor's office for private practice in 2016 and has since focused his practice on domestic and criminal work.
