Malcolm Davis has been with Hall Estill since 2016 and was promoted to Director of IT in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for the Department of Homeland Security in Logistics and Information Technology. Malcolm is a proud soccer dad and is a Tribal Member of Mooretown Rancheria.
