Hall Estill Welcomes Three Attorneys to Oklahoma City Office

Michael R. Ford joins Hall Estill as a Shareholder. He is an accomplished transactional lawyer with extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, banking, business, commercial and Real Estate law. Over the past 35 years, Ford has served as principal outside general counsel for several clients whose businesses range from agriculture to public banking. Ford graduated with a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, followed by an LL.M in taxation from George Washington University National Law Center.
Michael S. Booze joins Hall Estill as Special Counsel. His practice includes oil and gas legal services, including Oklahoma Corporation Commission matters, oil and gas title examination, acquisition and divestiture negotiation and drafting, and general legal practice. Prior to joining Hall Estill, Booze served as an attorney at Oklahoma Energy Advisors, PLLC, Vice President – Land for Latigo Oil & Gas, Inc., and Landman for Continental Resources. In addition to earning his J.D.from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and receiving the American Jurisprudence award for property law and agricultural environmental law, Booze also graduated as a William H. Maehl, Jr. Fellow at the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s in History.
Jared R. Ford joins Hall Estill as an Associate focusing on commercial and Real Estate law. He represents lenders, landlords and tenants in the financing, acquisition, divestiture, leasing, and development of commercial, industrial and residential property. Prior to Hall Estill, Ford practiced at two leading oil and gas firms in the Southwest before practicing at another Oklahoma City law firm. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Oklahoma Law Review. Prior to law school, he received his bachelor’s in Religious Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his master’s in the same area from the University of Virginia.
