Hall Estill Denver Welcomes Intellectual Property Attorney Gordon Lindeen

Hall Estill, a leading regional law firm based in Oklahoma, with offices in Denver, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Northwest Arkansas, announces the addition of Gordon R. Lindeen III as a shareholder in the firm’s Denver office. 

Gordon will lead Hall Estill’s Intellectual Property practice in Denver. He is a registered patent attorney and assists clients on a myriad of issues related to IP acquisition and protection. Throughout his 30-year practice, Gordon has counseled large corporations and start-up companies on developing, building, enforcing and maintaining patent portfolios in the U.S. and abroad. He also helps protect companies from threats of patent infringement, including reviewing competitive patent portfolios, developing invalidity and non-infringement positions, and assisting engineers in designing around threatening patents. His technical expertise extends to RF and microwave communications, optics, computer chip, design, manufacturing and packaging, image capture, and processing and network transactions, among others.

Gordon received his J.D. magna cum laude from California Western School of Law and his B.A. in General Physics and Scandinavian Languages from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is involved in the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Gordon has also spent time in Munich, Germany, prosecuting patents before the European Patent Office. He enjoys hiking, skiing and sailing, and is a patron of the arts.
