Hall Estill Welcomes Tax Attorney Kelly Politte to Denver Office
Hall Estill, a regional Southwestern law firm, with offices in Denver, Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Northwest Arkansas, announces that Kelly M. Politte joins the Denver office as special counsel.
Kelly focuses her practice in federal and state tax law, specializing in IRS and state tax controversies. She assists individual and corporate clients throughout the country in all facets of civil and criminal tax matters with the Internal Revenue Service, Department of Justice and local taxing authorities.
Kelly joins a growing group of tax lawyers in Denver and throughout the firm. In addition to her tax practice, she also assists clients in the areas of trusts and estate litigation, estate planning, and corporate services where she regularly prepares and reviews end-of-life documents. She also handles business law matters, including choice of legal entity, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and transactions, contract disputes, and business disputes and litigation.

Kelly earned her J.D. in 2008 and her LL.M. in Taxation in 2009 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She also holds an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Denver. In 2018, she was named a Rising Star in Tax law by Super Lawyers and has been named a Super Lawyer in Tax law since 2020.;
