Vaden Bales focuses his practice in primarily two practice areas, commercial real estate and general corporate matters. In real estate, he has experience negotiating and documenting complex real estate transactions across all asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, retail and office.

Vaden has represented borrowers in all aspects of financing, including senior and subordinate loans, mezzanine loans, construction and permanent loans and leasing. He has also represented clients in distressed situations, including workouts, foreclosures, and restructurings. 

In the corporate area Vaden concentrates on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial transactions and general corporate advice. He has a subspecialty in automobile dealership Mergers & Acquisitions.
