Heather Earnhart has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. During law school, she served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Tulsa Law Review and was an active member in Phi Delta Phi honors society. Heather she has an individual AV Preeminent rating through Martindale Hubbell.
Heather focuses her practice in both Family Law and General Civil Litigation arenas. As a trial lawyer, she is experienced in many areas of civil and domestic litigation. Over the last twenty-three years, her primary practice areas include divorce, child custody, paternity actions and premarital planning. She is a certified Family & Divorce Mediator through the Mediation Institute and is hired to serve as a mediator on a regular basis.
