Curtis Hogue practices primarily in the Litigation and Divorce & Family Law arenas. Within his practice he also conducts both civil and domestic mediations. Further, he is a certified Guardian ad Litem.
Curtis has been appointed an Associate Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court. Within his practice, he has represented multiple water utilities in Northwest Arkansas and in that capacity has filed over 300 condemnations to establish water lines for the utilities.
