Tulsa Attorneys Kristen P. Evans and Logan James named to the 2025 Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under Hot List

Evans has been named to the 2025 Benchmark Litigation annual 40 & Under Hot List for the eighth consecutive year. Joining her on the list this year is Tulsa attorney Logan James. Kristen is being also recognized on the National list for the first time.

Evans has represented, counseled and advised clients ranging from local, family-owned companies to national, Fortune 500/100 companies, in a wide array of industries, including energy and energy services, manufacturing, construction, logistics and heavy haul, financial services, and healthcare. Although she has handled a wide range of general commercial litigation matters, her primary focus covers three areas: Commercial Litigation, Employment and Personal Injury Defense.

Logan James is a shareholder practicing in the areas of trusts and estate litigation and general commercial litigation, ranging from business disputes, construction law, and real estate litigation. In addition, he assists clients in family law, as well as municipal and public authority law matters.
