Our environmental attorneys are regional leaders in matters of regulatory compliance and have authored chapters for the Oklahoma Bar Association, Environmental Law Section Handbook. We have expertise in all major environmental programs including: Brownfields and Land Revitalization (Brownfields), Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Climate Change, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA, or Superfund), Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA), Oil Pollution Act (OPA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), and Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
