Our largest practice group offers accomplished trial and appellate counsel with experience in the prosecution and defense of actions in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, before administrative and regulatory bodies, and with single parties or class actions.

Likewise, our attorneys have experience in international litigation, including section 337, antidumping and countervailing duty cases, and constitutional challenges to trade agreements and embargos. We maintain a particular expertise in litigating international commercial disputes in U.S. Federal Courts and serve as counsel in trade disputes litigated in foreign courts.

Our litigation attorneys are currently or have represented clients in federal district courts in California, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington, D.C.; argued before the U.S. Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit, Sixth Circuit, and Oklahoma Supreme Court; state district representations include California, New York, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.
