Nationally recognized for our Energy & Natural Resources Law practice, the firm was founded to serve the oil and gas industry. Our counsel covers all areas of acquisition, production, transmission and distribution of natural gas, crude oil and petroleum products, renewable energy, as well as electric energy. We have represented clients before state, local and national regulatory agencies, including the Oklahoma Corporation Commission,  the Department of Energy, the Department of Defense Agencies, the Department of Interior, the Environmental Protection Agency, the General Services Administration, and the Internal Revenue Service. Working closely with our tax, environmental, international trade, administrative and legislative practice groups, our attorneys are actively involved in judicial, regulatory and legislative actions affecting energy- and natural resources-related issues.
