Thomas P. Nally

Tom Nally has practiced in the areas of business law, banking law, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation, including corporation, partnership, limited liability company and trust representation, for over 30 years.  Mr. Nally has represented clients in the wholesale and retail consumer products distribution business, the banking industry, the manufacturing industry, the real estate development and operations business, the energy (oil and gas) equipment fabrication business and the energy (oil and gas) service industry.

Mr. Nally has represented business clients and bank clients in connection with acquisition transactions, sale transactions, general corporate matters, real estate matters, construction matters, anti-trust matters, executive employment and severance agreement matters and commercial bank financing matters.

Mr. Nally is a shareholder and director of the law firm.  Mr. Nally holds an individual AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell, has been selected a Best Lawyer in America in Corporate Law and has been recognized as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer in Business/Corporate Law.

At the present time, Mr. Nally is a director of Catholic Charities of Tulsa and is a past director and officer of the Tulsa County Bar Association.
