Stuart E. Van De Wiele

Mr. Van De Wiele is a 12-year attorney practicing in the firm's Commercial Practice Group, and focuses his practice on the representation of mid- to large-size businesses in a full range of commercial, corporate and business transactions, including business acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, and leasing and development activities. Substantive areas of practice include business and real estate acquisitions, lending transactions, construction, real estate development, leasing, real estate zoning issues, estate planning, and day-to-day corporate and contractual matters. Mr. Van De Wiele has also represented governemental entities  in the acquisition of real estate and related business assets.

Mr. Van De Wiele is a shareholder of the firm and holds an individual BV rating through Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized on numerous occasions as a "Rising Star" business/corporate law attorney in Oklahoma by Super Lawyer publications. Mr. Van De Wiele currently serves on the City of Tulsa's Board of Adjustment for land use and zoning issues.
