Sharon T. Thomas

Ms. Thomas is a 25-year attorney who has focused her career on an Appellate Practice. She has an AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell and is the counsel of record on more than 30 decisions published by the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the Oklahoma Supreme Court, and the Oklahoma Court of Appeals. In addition, she is the author of publications, including:  “A General Overview of Jury Instructions and Verdict Forms in Civil Cases in Oklahoma,” 79 Okla. B. J. 503 (March 8, 2008); “Torts: Parent-Child Immunity Under the Doctrine of Respondeat Superior in Oklahoma,” 33 Okla. L.
