Sarah E. Hansel

Ms. Hansel is a 20-year attorney.  Her primary areas of practice are Corporate/Commercial and Intellectual Property, specifically including, software licensing agreements, consulting agreements, custom development agreements, statements of work, service level agreements and maintenance/support agreements.

She has an AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell, is a Best Lawyer in America in Technology Law, was presented a Leadership In Law Award in 2009 by the Oklahoma Bar Association and The Journal Record and was selected to the Journal Record's "50 Making A Difference" list in 2010. In addition, she is a member of the firm's Technology Committee and Recruitment & Diversity Committee.

Most of Ms. Hansel’s clients have no inside legal department. As such, her legal assistance to these clients is not limited to drafting and negotiation of technology-related contracts, but includes other general legal and corporate matters, and coordination of other legal resources within the law firm to assist on an as-needed basis on areas outside of her area of specialty.
