Robert P. Fitz-Patrick Attorney at Law

Mr. Fitz-Patrick practices primarily in the Litigation and Intellectual Property arenas, and has expertise in Leave & Disability Law, Workers Compensation Law and Insurance Law. He is a licensed patent attorney, having been admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 1998.

In his Intellectual Property practice, Mr. Fitz-Patrick specializes in patent litigation and has experience with strategic and tactical issues related to patent portfolios, including prosecution, enforcement and licensing of patent rights, along with patentability, validity and infringement studies and opinions, as well as due diligence in connection with acquisitions of patent portfolios.  In addition, he has a BV rating through Martindale-Hubbell and serves as an instructor for Evidence Workshop and Advanced Trial Practice at the University of Tulsa College of Law.
