Molly A. Aspan
Ms. Aspan began her legal career at Hall Estill in 2003 and has focused her practice in the Labor and Employment field. Throughout her career, Ms. Aspan has successfully defended numerous employers in employment litigation and administrative proceedings. Ms. Aspan also regularly advises and counsels many employers on litigation prevention and avoidance, including policy development and implementation, discipline procedures, and investigations.
In 2006, Ms. Aspan was named the Tulsa County Bar Association Young Lawyer of the Year, and she received the James Sontag Award presented by the Council Oak/Johnson-Sontag American Inns of Court in 2009. In addition, she has an individual BV rating through Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized multiple times as an Oklahoma Rising Star in Employment Litigation: Defense by Super Lawyers. Further, she was named the 2011 Outstanding Young Lawyer by the Oklahoma Bar Association.
