Mark Banner

Mr. Banner has been practicing in litigation and oil and gas law for over 20 years, representing primarily producers, mid-stream companies and interstate pipelines. He represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including defense of class action cases, and represents producers and pipelines in land use issues, right of way acquisition and eminent domain matters. He is currently Oklahoma counsel for the TransCanada Keystone pipeline project. 

Mr. Banner has an individual AV rating through Martindale-Hubbell, has been selected a Best Lawyer in America in Energy Law and has been selected an Oklahoma Super Lawyer in the area of Class Actions/Mass Torts. He has served as an adjunct settlement judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma for over 12 years and is the president of the Council Oak/Johnson Sontag American Inns of Court.
