Larry W. Sandel

Mr. Sandel has been practicing in the Corporate/Commercial Law arena for 40 years and has Senior Status on the firm's Board of Directors. Throughout his career he has represented venture capital firms in many private investments and successfully consummated numerous acquisitions for clients in the $25 to $500 million range.
